Entries for both the CITSA summer contests and Indiana State Fair contest are being done through Competition Suite this year. The deadline for groups entering CITSA contests and Band Day is May 31. Groups only entering Band Day, have until July 1 to enter. If you need assistance with your current account or creating a new account, please contact Kim Wilhoit at kwilhoit@sbcglobal.net
Directors, please ensure you complete the spiel sheet in Competition Suite when you enter your band. This information will be used for the announcer notes and contest programs for both CITSA and Indiana State Fair contests. You can update it anytime during the season if your information changes. The Band Day coordinator will also use some of the information to announce your band's official entry on Facebook. It will also be used to update your band's page on this site. The documents for 2024 Indiana State Fair Band Day are available at the link "Indiana State Fair Band Day Info." The Ticket Order Form is for School Band Director Use Only and is due July 12. It has a great deal on the prelims/finals combo ticket. The 2024 Copyright Report is also available. After completion, scan and upload this to your Competition Suite account by July 12.
